Job Summary
Director-level role responsible for shaping and implementing the organization’s technology risk management strategy within Global Standards and Control Lifecycle Management. Oversees identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology-related risks, ensures regulatory and industry standards compliance, and partners with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional teams to provide senior leadership with governance insights. Requires advanced knowledge of risk-management frameworks, data security, risk reporting, and the ability to lead large, senior-level teams, translating technology insights into business strategy and actionable controls. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and other stakeholders to maintain an effective risk posture and drive strategic initiatives aligned with financial-regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in security concepts, with 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, information security, or a related field, with a focus on managing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
