Job Summary
Resolve complex incidents escalated from L2 and perform root cause analysis while coordinating with SAP Concur for defects. Deliver minor enhancements such as workflow and policy updates, and analyze integration issues involving card feeds and HR/Finance interfaces. Drive problem management to eliminate recurring incidents, support Concur releases, and manage change management. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement technology best practices for business changes. Requires 5–8 years of SAP Concur experience and strong knowledge of configuration, integrations, and APIs.
