TECH. CONFIRME(E)

Senior technician performs itinerant interventions and carries out repairs, maintenance, and commissioning on equipment and installations. Provides technical support to operational teams, justifies warranty claims, drafts operating procedures with product teams, and transmits technical knowledge to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include diagnostics (routine and complex), preparing parts lists and estimates, risk analysis, work preparation, recommending refurbishment or repair solutions, preventive and corrective maintenance, testing equipment before and after interventions, interpreting technical documentation, commissioning equipment, parameterization/calibration of on-board electronics, qualifying repair orders (billable/warranty/contract), identifying opportunities for additional interventions, and completing operational reports. Ensures quality and timeliness of itinerant operations, maintains workstation and tools conformity, applies health/safety/environmental rules, respects customer risk prevention plans and environmental rules, adheres to standard times, and performs on-call duties as required. Professional knowledge requires a vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics, or electrical engineering and/or significant experience; in-depth technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical/electro-mechanical, hydraulics; basic IT/tools knowledge; English at B1; and behavioral skills including analytical, relational, rigor, autonomy, exemplarity, curiosity, adaptability, and responsiveness.
