Tech Center Technology Architect for HPE Storage Solutions drives the design, sizing, and delivery of storage solutions for customer needs. You will analyze highly technical information, communicate effectively to diverse audiences, maintain deep knowledge of HPE storage offerings, and provide technical presales support to Sales and Partners. Responsibilities include participating in complex architecture and sizing discussions, meeting defined SLAs, managing customer expectations, sharing knowledge with peers, and taking on growing responsibilities such as product lead or coordinator tasks within and outside the team. Required skills include technical leadership in storage technologies, strong communication, consultative selling techniques, ongoing learning about products and features, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Education and experience emphasize a Master or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field and 5+ years in technical selling or related roles.
