Job Summary
Tech Audit Manager in Commercial Investment Banking Technology leads and participates in audit engagements from planning to reporting, collaborates with stakeholders to evaluate and report on design and operating effectiveness of controls, communicates findings, drives process efficiencies through automation, and supports a culture of integrity, respect, and innovation. Responsibilities include managing audit engagements, staying current with regulatory developments, mentoring team members, and building strong partnerships with senior business and control partners while delivering independent challenge and continuous improvement in the audit process.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of internal or external auditing experience, or relevant business experience
- Bachelor's degree (or related financial experience) in Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Understanding of internal control concepts with the ability to evaluate and determine the adequacy of control design and operating effectiveness in an integrated manner
- Ability to effectively and efficiently execute audit testing and complete audit work paper documentation
- Adaptable to changing business priorities and ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Great interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build strong partnerships with senior business and control partners
