Job Summary
Set technical direction for new ventures across the Studio and Accelerator, turning ambiguous ideas into product MVPs within six months by applying an AI-first lens to product decisions. Design, build, and maintain internal AI tooling and infrastructure to reduce duplicated effort, codifying reusable best practices for architecture and agent design. Lead development and testing of technical hypotheses to identify AI-native workflows that compress time-to-validation for portfolio companies. Provide tailored technical mentorship through regular one-on-one sessions with founders and their tech teams, ensuring learnings feed back into consistent processes. Work across multiple geographies and time zones to support diverse startups in sectors ranging from finance to healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver products in a fast-paced tech startup environment
- Recent experience building with modern AI tooling
- Experience across a variety of technical and AI solutions
- Experience with generative AI
- Experience with agentic systems
- Proven experience in developing and executing AI strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong product and customer mentality
- Ability to switch between hands-on execution and strategic advice
- Experience evaluating and integrating third-party AI tools and vendors
- Ability to make sound build-vs-buy calls in a fast-changing market

- Previous experience as a technical founder of an early stage startup
