Job Summary
Field Technician will be the primary on-site IT resource for practice locations, traveling between clinics in Fort Worth, TX to deliver hardware, software, networking, and clinical technology support. When not traveling, will contribute to remote service desk ticket resolution and technical escalations. Will maintain documentation in ServiceNow & ITGlue, follow established protocols, and coordinate with vendors for complex issues. Requires strong incident analysis, problem management, and ability to communicate updates to stakeholders; hands-on experience with AD, Microsoft 365, and Azure is a plus. Roles include collaboration with IT team to drive technical projects and ensure patient care continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or healthcare related field is preferred
- 3 – 5 years of IT experience in IT role, service desk, and helpdesk
- ITIL certifications is a plus
- Basic certification in A+ and Microsoft Products is preferred
