Job Summary
Greet patients, prepare rooms for MR and CT imaging procedures, and assist technologists with contrast administration and patient positioning. Screen patients for safe entry, monitor pulse ox levels on medicated patients, and relay contraindications to staff. Scan medical documents, log data into the EMR, and act as a liaison between the front office and imaging departments. Clean exam rooms, maintain supply inventories, and discharge patients once exams are completed. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Pawtucket, RI clinical site. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification
- phlebotomy certification (for the State of RI)
