Job Summary

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on Drug Product finished goods equipment, including filling lines, automated inspection lines, and formulation systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions while maintaining accurate records and adhering to GMP standards and safety protocols. Assist in equipment installation and commissioning, provide recommendations for preventive maintenance plans, and manage spare parts assessments. Notify management or EHS of unsafe conditions and support emergency work orders during off-hours. Work the second shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM Monday through Friday, with availability for on-call and weekend coverage to support 24/7 facility operations.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
2-4 years of maintenance experience
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Ability to work in a team environment
Effective communication, both written and oral
Knowledge of GMP requirements and programmable logic controllers (PLC) or other process control systems
Detail oriented
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Willingness to learn new skills and processes and train others
Must be able to support 24/7 manufacturing facility, including shift, on-call and weekends
Must be able to discern audible cues
Ability to inspect or perform a task with 20/20 corrected vision, visual acuity, including distinguishing color
Ability to ascend or descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, etc.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include writs, hands and/or fingers
Ability to operate machinery and/or power tools
Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 50 lbs
Ability to bend, push or pull, reach to retrieve materials from 18" to 60" in height, and use twisting motions
Must be able to support 24/7 manufacturing facility, including shift, on-call and weekends
