Job Summary
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on bakery equipment and facility systems to maximize reliability and uptime. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and control system issues while diagnosing malfunctions and verifying performance post-repair. Execute overhauls, installations, and maintenance activities aligned with production schedules, operating tools and machinery safely. Maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS system and ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace standards. Requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and proficiency with CMMS. 3rd shift, $32.00–$38.00 hourly. Aspire Bakeries delivers specialty frozen baked goods across 13 North American locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of mechanical and/or electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- 5 years of related industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, or food manufacturing process controls
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and controls documentation, including P&IDs, single-line drawings, loop drawings, and equipment layouts
- Knowledge of equipment setup, operation, functionality, and preventive maintenance practices
- Proficiency with computer systems, email applications, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
