Job Summary
Sanitation Operator at Aspire Bakeries Swedesboro NJ, 2nd shift (2PM-10:30PM) responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary facility to support food safety, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across production and support areas. Duties include sanitation of production lines and components, operating sanitation equipment (including floor scrubbers), waste disposal, maintaining sanitation tools/equipment, and preparing the facility for inspections and customer visits. Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma or GED and the ability to follow instructions with attention to detail; preferred bilingual English/Spanish.
