Job Summary
Provide world-class customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues across phone, email, and live chat channels. Research and provide accurate responses, navigate internal resources, escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams, route calls as needed, and document interactions according to SOPs. Identify trends in customer issues, adhere to client KPIs and policies, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Complete mandated training and understand TaskUs policies. Qualifications include at least 1 year of customer support experience, fluent English, and a high school diploma. Location: Mohali, India. Employment type: Full-time.
