Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards. Promote company programs such as customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and external governing entities including Federal ATF guidelines. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
