Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach shoppers to understand needs, and provide helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory presentation standards. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including Federal ATF guidelines. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned.
