Job Summary
The Teammate provides a welcoming, energetic customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, supporting sales through engaging with guests, merchandising tasks (folding, replenishment, recovery), maintaining clean fixtures and back-of-house areas, adhering to playbooks and safety guidelines, and contributing to daily sales goals. Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, strong communication, teamwork, and enthusiasm for sports and retail. Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range is $14.50-$16.50 per hour.
