Job Summary
Teammate (Retail Associate) at Rally House delivers a welcoming, energetic customer experience while supporting sales, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include executing merchandising tasks (folding, hanging, replenishment, recovery), maintaining clean and organized fixtures and back-of-house areas, following playbooks and safety/loss-prevention guidelines, reporting issues to leadership, and engaging customers to identify needs and recommend products.
