Teammate (Retail Associate)

The Teammate supports the store's success by delivering a welcoming and engaging guest experience while completing daily tasks with care and consistency. Contributes to sales, merchandising, and operations through teamwork and initiative, helping create a positive store environment and upholding Rally House brand standards. Responsibilities include executing merchandising tasks, aiding in floor moves, maintaining clean fixtures and back-of-house areas, and delivering an energetic customer experience using the store’s service model. Skills include effective communication, a fast-paced, team-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for sports retail. Qualifications require being at least 16 years old; prior customer-facing experience is preferred. Pay range: $13.00–$15.00 per hour. Location: Rally House Flower Mound, United States.
