Teammate (Retail Associate)

Teammate supports the store's success by delivering a welcoming and engaging guest experience while completing daily tasks with care and consistency. The role contributes to sales, merchandising, and operations through teamwork, attention to detail, and initiative. Responsibilities include executing merchandising tasks, following playbooks and safety guidelines, reporting operational issues, building knowledge of store systems, supporting floor moves and events, and representing the Rally House brand with energy and professionalism. Skills include clear communication, a positive, energetic attitude for sports retail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be at least 16 years old. Pay range: $15.00–$20.00 per hour.
