Teammate Relations Advisor

Teammate Relations Advisor at Action Behavior Centers is a fully remote role based in the United States (TX region noted for location flexibility) focused on supporting and conducting internal investigations related to workplace policy violations, safety concerns for employees and patients/parents, and collaboration with People Services, Legal, and Clinical Peer Review teams. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, performing background research and interviews, organizing and analyzing information for written reports, creating professional investigation records, ensuring confidentiality, and contributing to process improvement initiatives within the HR and employee-relations space.
