Teammate - On Field Operations

Support merchandising, product availability, pricing, and signage across the sales floor to ensure the store is organized, accurate, and ready to meet athlete needs. Deliver a seamless athlete experience by maintaining discipline and teamwork during every shift. This role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and involves a starting pay range of $12.50 - $19.50, subject to location and experience. Candidates must be coachable, accountable, collaborative, and trustworthy. Virtual interviews require cameras to be on, and offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
