Greet customers and athletes proactively to understand their needs while providing accurate product knowledge and support. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment across the sales floor. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and legal guidelines. Foster an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcome and treated with respect. Perform other assigned tasks as needed to support the team.
