Teammate - On Field Operations

Support merchandising, product availability, pricing, and signage across the sales floor to ensure the store is organized, accurate, and ready to meet athlete needs. Deliver a seamless athlete experience by maintaining store readiness and upholding energy, discipline, and teamwork during every shift. This role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and is open to candidates who are coachable, accountable, collaborative, and trustworthy. Targeted pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.50 per hour, with a starting rate that may vary based on location, experience, and position offered.
