Job Summary
Greet customers and athletes while providing accurate product knowledge and supporting their shopping experience. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures including federal ATF guidelines. Foster an inclusive environment where all team members and shoppers feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support store operations and complete other assigned tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
