Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and ATF guidelines. Foster an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and safe, supporting the team across the store.
