Assist with product selection, merchandise expertise, and ensure every athlete finds the right fit by delivering exceptional service and supporting the footwear shopping experience. Help athletes perform at their best through personalized guidance and collaborative teamwork. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and is open to candidates who are coachable, accountable, and trustworthy. The position offers a targeted pay range of $12.50 to $19.50 hourly, with starting rates varying based on location, experience, and position offered.
