Job Summary

Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach shoppers to understand needs, and provide helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while fostering an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
