Greet teammates and athletes while proactively approaching shoppers to understand their needs and provide accurate product knowledge for footwear selection. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and federal ATF guidelines. Foster an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcome and treated with respect. Perform other assigned tasks as needed to support the team across the store.
