Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, providing helpful product knowledge and accurate footwear selection. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and federal ATF guidelines. Create an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and safe, supporting the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach. Perform other assigned tasks as needed to ensure every athlete finds the right fit.
