Teammate - Footwear

Assist with product selection, merchandise expertise, and ensure every athlete finds the right fit by delivering exceptional service and supporting the footwear shopping experience. Help athletes perform at their best through personalized guidance and store support. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Targeted pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.50 per hour, with a starting rate subject to location, experience, and position factors. Virtual interviews require cameras to be on and prohibit the use of AI tools. Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
