Greet teammates and athletes proactively to understand needs, provide accurate footwear product knowledge, and support the shopping experience. Uphold merchandising standards by maintaining floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and ATF guidelines. Foster an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcome and safe. Perform other assigned tasks as needed to support the team across the store.
