Teammate Footwear

Greet teammates and athletes proactively to understand needs, provide accurate product knowledge, and support the footwear shopping experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while fostering an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team across the store.
