Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, providing helpful product knowledge and accurate footwear guidance. Uphold merchandising standards by maintaining floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation while promoting company programs like loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Adhere to safety policies, loss prevention procedures, and external governing entity guidelines, including Federal ATF regulations. Foster an inclusive environment where all teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach and complete other assigned tasks.
