Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Foster an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect, taking an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services.
