Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand needs, providing helpful product knowledge and accurate checkout support. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while fostering an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and respected. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other assigned tasks.
