Job Summary
Greet teammates and athletes proactively to understand needs, delivering helpful product knowledge and accurate checkout experiences. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and external governing entity policies while fostering an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store with assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process
