Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approaching shoppers to understand needs and provide accurate product knowledge for apparel and performance gear. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor sets, managing signage, and replenishing inventory. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and ATF guidelines. Foster an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and supported. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned.
