Job Summary
Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach shoppers to understand needs, and provide helpful, accurate product knowledge on apparel for performance and everyday life. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and external governing entity laws. Foster an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcome, safe, and respected. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process
- Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check which may include ID verification
