Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, providing helpful product knowledge and accurate apparel recommendations. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by managing floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and legal guidelines. Foster an inclusive, respectful environment where all teammates and athletes feel welcome and supported. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store by performing other assigned tasks as needed.
