Greet customers and athletes proactively to understand their needs while providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and exceptional service. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs such as the loyalty program, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including federal ATF guidelines. Foster an inclusive store environment where all teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other assigned tasks as needed.
