Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs while providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including Federal ATF guidelines. Foster an inclusive store environment where all teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other assigned tasks.
