Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs such as customer loyalty and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and legal guidelines. Create an inclusive store environment where all teammates and athletes feel welcome and treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other assigned tasks as needed.
