Uphold merchandising standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and legal guidelines. Foster an inclusive environment where all teammates and athletes feel welcome and treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other assigned tasks. This role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
