Teammanager Flexpool - Amsterdam

Lead a team of 60 to 65 flexmedewerkers within GGZ, LVB+, and intensive care domains by providing daily direction, conducting annual and development interviews, and ensuring staff competency and training are current. Act as the primary link between care locations and the Flexbureau, facilitating optimal matching of open services with available staff while collaborating closely with planners, the capacity bureau, and recruiters. Monitor quality and utilization metrics, build strong internal networks with location managers, and translate evolving care challenges into actionable solutions for the flexpool. Drive the growth and positioning of the flexpool to ensure future alignment with organizational needs.
