Job Summary
Lead the water and wastewater team of 12, ensuring reliable regional energy supply through modern technical oversight. Organize and manage on-call rotations while overseeing the construction, operation, and maintenance of water supply facilities. Ensure compliance with legal regulations including DVGW standards, draft annual technical reports, and maintain team safety and environmental protection protocols. You must hold a technical apprenticeship with Meister or Techniker certification, experience in facility maintenance, and qualification as an electrically trained person. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker in der Fachrichtung Wasser
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bau, Betrieb und Instandhaltung von Wasserversorgungsanlagen
- Eine ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
- Qualifikation als Elektrotechnisch unterwiesene Person
- Kenntnisse im DVGW, DWA Regelwerk sowie Trinkwasserverordnung
- Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Koordinations- und Organisationstalent
- Führerschein der Klasse B
