Job Summary
Lead the technical and disciplinary management of a ten-person team while planning, coordinating, and supervising the cost-effective and high-quality operation of the Rheinfelden river power plant. Ensure legal compliance and safe operation according to concession terms, regulations, and internal safety and environmental standards. Drive the optimization and digitalization of workflows, including their documentation, and participate in the on-call duty rotation. Requires a completed technical vocational training, preferably with master's certification in mechanics or electricity, plus multi-year experience in power generation or hydropower environments.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
- Nachweisbare Führungskompetenz mit Fokus auf Motivation, Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Positive Grundhaltung und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst
Desired Qualifications
- Weiterbildung zum Meister in den Fachrichtungen Mechanik oder Elektrik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld in der Stromerzeugung oder Wasserkraft
