Job Summary
Lead ServiceNow Consulting projects from requirements analysis through Go-Live, introducing and optimizing ITSM modules based on customer needs. Provide strategic market positioning support and presales activities while guiding workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and end users. Manage and develop the internal ServiceNow team, fostering an agile, collaborative environment across interdisciplinary projects. This role drives the expansion of the ServiceNow portfolio with experienced leadership in ITSM environments, utilizing strong communication skills and agile methodologies. Candidates must demonstrate multiple years of experience in leading projects and teams, with German and English proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einführung und Betreuung von ServiceNow-Lösungen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und Teams
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsmethoden
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
