Job Summary
Lead a team of electronics and firmware developers with disciplinary and technical responsibility, fostering an open, performance-oriented culture. Develop staff through targeted advancement while managing resource allocation and capacity planning for ongoing product maintenance and new development projects. Establish modern electronics strategies, processes, and standards to ensure sustainable technological progress and design-to-manufacturing compliance. Drive innovative electronic solutions for laboratory automation systems, ensuring seamless collaboration between hardware and embedded firmware teams. Enforce quality requirements and development processes within a regulated environment, while partnering with interdisciplinary groups to execute complex projects. Manage the full lifecycle of embedded electronics from concept through manufacturing and testing.
Required Qualifications
- einfach abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Nachrichtentechnik oder einer vergleichbaren ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
- fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung digitaler elektronischer Systeme
- gutes Verständnis sowohl für Elektronik-Hardware als auch für Embedded Firmware
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Motivation und Förderung von Mitarbeiter:innen
- Erfahrung in einem regulierten Entwicklungsumfeld
- idealerweise im Bereich Medizintechnik, Diagnostik oder einer vergleichbaren Branche
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- vertraut im Umgang mit modernen CAE-Tools (idealerweise Altium)
- die Abläufe von der Idee, über alle Fertigungsschritte bis zum Test von embedded Elektronik Baugruppen gemanagt
