Job Summary
Lead strategic planning, performance optimization of Google Ads and Meta campaigns, and shop development for SEO, UX, and conversion. Manage automated email marketing, produce video and social content, and integrate AI tools into workflows. Direct external agencies for tracking and content, build executive dashboards, and oversee seasonal campaigns and product launches. Report directly to the CEO with full budget responsibility. Full-time role starting immediately or upon agreement, located in Jüchen from mid-2026.
Required Qualifications
