Manage family support and daily operations within the MuKi+ Mother-Father-Child facility, overseeing care planning, help plan discussions, and new admissions for four families. Lead a team of five pedagogical specialists and a housekeeping staff member while coordinating service meetings and external consultations with the youth welfare office and independent agencies. Drive the conceptual development of the facility alongside the management team and ensure all documentation and reporting requirements are met. Handle administrative leadership tasks and participate in social space network work. The role requires a qualified social worker or educator with youth welfare experience, full-time hours, and TVöD-based compensation including 30 vacation days and financial training support.
