Lead the German accounting team and drive the gradual migration of relevant processes into the house. Coordinate HGB-compliant monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements for German entities, supporting consolidated reporting via LucaNet. Integrate newly acquired companies into the unified chart of accounts and reporting structure using the Finance Playbook. Actively shape role designs, approval levels, and release workflows to ensure consistent standards across entities. Provide expertise on balance sheet principles such as provisions and share deals in close alignment with the Finance Director and Group CFO.
